UK Shared Prosperity Fund goes live
This grant scheme which opened on 21 February 2024 is provided by Mole Valley District Council, from funding allocated through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
The business grants scheme is broad with very few limits on the types of projects that businesses can put forward. However, grants must be spent on revenue items only. Grants are available from £1,000 to £15,000. Grant applications will be assessed and scored against evidence supplied by the business relating to:
How the project will increase the productivity of the business
How the project will contribute to one or more of three UKSPF objectives (creating jobs/ boosting community cohesion; promoting business networking and collaboration; and growth enhancing activities)
Readiness to spend the grant – projects must be completed within 12 months
Consideration of environmental sustainability and community impact of the project
