The Bookham Residents Association is hand‑delivering a mailer to households in Eastwick to ensure every resident is aware of the current consultation on the proposed replacement of the Keswick care home. We want to make sure no one misses the chance to have their say.

The BRA will be submitting a detailed formal representation that sets out a number of concerns raised by members and the wider community. This will provide a clear, evidence‑based response to the proposals and highlight the issues that matter most locally.

We also encourage residents to submit their own individual views. Unique, personal responses carry far more weight in planning consultations, whereas repeated or copied text is often discounted. If you plan to respond, please use your own words to ensure your views are fully recognised.
