A major new consultation has opened for the proposed Effingham Lodge Farm development, and residents across Bookham and the surrounding villages are being invited to take part.

The project team has launched a dedicated consultation website where you can:

• Explore the emerging proposals for new homes, landscape and access

• Understand the planning background and timeline

• Review early design ideas

• Submit feedback directly through an online survey

This is an important opportunity for our community to engage early, ask questions, and help shape what happens next. Any development at Effingham Lodge Farm will have an impact on Bookham — from traffic and infrastructure to green space and the wider character of the area — so strong local input is essential.

Please take a few minutes to look through the material and share your views. Community feedback genuinely influences how proposals evolve.
